Classics v carbon footprint

Do you love owning a classic car but worry about it's carbon footprint?

As most of us know, the carbon footprint of a classic car is low. It's manufacturing footprint has been spread over so many years and most have very low mileage so they are in fact, pretty green.

However, they can attract negative attention, being perceived as dirty, old pollutants.

This is something we have personally experienced.

Whilst we are enthusiasts, it is important to recognise how other people may view a historic car and so to ensure they are as green as can be the FBHVC and Tree-V have started an initiative where you can offset your carbon footprint.

You can read all about it on their site and make your contribution so you can enjoy your classic whilst remaining conscious of the environment.
